A compassionate advocate with 30 years of family law experience in Ocean County, New Jersey.
Maryanne Calvetto, Esquire has dedicated her career to family law and is deeply rooted in the Ocean County community. She was raised in Ocean County, New Jersey, and still resides here today with her family — giving her a personal connection to the clients and families she serves.
Maryanne began her legal career as a law clerk in Ocean County for the Honorable James N. Citta, J.S.C. (retired). Right out of the clerkship, she worked with small law firms that were strictly focused on family law — building a foundation of specialized expertise that has guided her practice ever since.
She has been practicing law for 30 years and has maintained her solo practice in Ocean County for over 24 years. Throughout that time, Maryanne has established herself as a compassionate attorney who truly puts her clients first.
Maryanne's office is located in a charming Victorian home on Water Street in Toms River, overlooking the Toms River. She has been in this historic building — The Giberson House — since Hurricane Sandy destroyed her former office across from the Water Street Bar and Grill. The office is fully accessible for people with disabilities, featuring a conference room on the first floor, and offers a warm, welcoming environment for clients navigating difficult times.
